Every athlete will, at some point, face the pain of not being chosen—whether it’s not making the team, not getting enough playing time, or being overlooked for a higher level of competition. In those moments, it’s easy to feel like you’re not good enough, like your hard work was for nothing. This kind of rejection can be crushing, especially for young athletes who tie their self-worth to external validation.

For over 30 years, I thrived as a marketing executive, but in January 2023, my life took an unexpected turn—I was diagnosed with a cancerous breast tumor. Faced with fear and uncertainty, I knew I had two choices: surrender to the illness or take control of my healing journey.
Rather than following a conventional path, I turned inward, embracing a holistic approach that combined alternative medicine, meditation, nature therapy, an Ayurvedic lifestyle, and mental fitness training. Drawing from the wisdom of Joe Dispenza, Jacob Moya, TriaVeda, Shirzad Chamine, Deepak Chopra, Mindvalley, and others, I developed a unique fusion of healing disciplines that not only transformed my physical health but also led me to profound emotional and spiritual healing.
After 11 months of deep commitment to this process, my tumor completely disappeared—proving to me that our state of mind is the key to overcoming illness, fear, and self-doubt. This experience reshaped my life’s purpose, igniting my passion to help others reclaim their health, confidence, and inner strength.
Beyond my personal healing, sports and mental resilience have always been a part of my life. As a mother to two dedicated athletes—a daughter who was a competitive gymnast for 13 years and a son who has played sports his entire life—I have witnessed firsthand the challenges, pressures, and mental barriers that athletes face.
For years, I have been guiding them to develop a strong mindset, emotional resilience, and the ability to thrive regardless of the circumstances.
